Screw Feeder


Screw Feeder is a single or twin scew volumetric feeder driven by a suitable motor and gearbox. It is used to feed powders, granules etc. The material to be fed is placed in the hopper and the feed is controlled in a measured form.

Rotary Valve


The Valve is designed with a rotor in the circulat hosing and is driven by a suitable motor and gear box. The blades of the rotor create a suitable motor and gear box. The blades of the rotor create a triangular pocket. As the motor rotates the blades, material from the hopper gets discharged into this pocket. As it moves further, the material is fed directly down from the bottom of the outlet.

Automatic Liquid Filling Machine


Gudhi Engineering has developed a special purpose machine for Automatic Liquid Filling for two batching stages. The Pipeline is connected from the tank outlet to the Mass Flow meter and then to the Peristaltic Pump. The Coarse or Fine batch volume can be set in the controller. When given the start command from the controller, the liquid will start flowing from the Mass Flow Meter. The Flow meter will sense the flow volume and will deliver it to the Peristalti Pump at high speed. Once the course volume is achieved, Then the Mass Flow Meter will sense the volume and deliver into the Peristaltic pump at low speed. When the desired volume is achieved, the machine will stop automatically
